In an effort to help Canadians feel “stable,” Prime Minister Stephen Harper has made adjustments to his cabinet. Former broadcaster Peter Kent will now head the Ministry of the Environment.
“This fine tuning of the Ministry will be consistent with our intention to stay the course,” said Harper in a press release. “This is a time for stability, not uncertainty.”
