Feds and the province of Quebec will upgrade three water treatment plants in Laval.

The Governments of Canada and Quebec will contribute up to $46.82 million each, for a total of up to $93.64 million. In addition, the City of Laval will fund $93.64 million to complete the third-party financing allocated to this project. This government assistance will be used specifically to improve water treatment plants in Pont-Viau, Sainte-Rose and Chomedey.

This federal investment is in addition to the Government of Canada’s Economic Action Plan.
