Ottawa-based Seprotech Systems has approved, subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, the proposed acquisition of WESA Group Inc., a company focused on environmental earth sciences and water resources. Shareholders also approved the change of name to BluMetric Environmental Inc.
Seprotech will acquire 100 per cent of privately held WESA in a reverse takeover. Upon completion of the transaction, the combined entity is expected to be a provider of earth science and environmental engineering services, and wastewater and water treatment systems.
Seprotech provides engineered water and wastewater treatment solutions to the municipal/land development sector, the resource sector, and the military marketplace.
