Nestlé Waters North America (which includes Nestlé Waters Canada) has pledged to donate $1 million in bottled water products to support disaster relief efforts and communities affected by the earthquake that struck Haiti on Tuesday.

Currently, the company has identified, accessed and is arranging shipment of bottled water resources from nearby locations in the Caribbean islands, with more to follow from Nestlé Waters plants in the United States. Given the vast infrastructure damage caused by the earthquake, the bottled water giant is working with relief organizations to coordinate logistics of the donation to ensure the bottled water reaches those most in need as soon as possible.
