Golder Associates has acquired Vancouver-based NovaTec Consultants, a specialized process engineering firm, focused on industrial and municipal advanced water and wastewater treatment plant design, operations, process optimization, and technology.
The merger advances Golder’s water and wastewater treatment capabilities across Canada and internationally, presenting greater opportunities for mining, oil and gas clients and capitalizing on Golder and Novatec in the government and infrastructure project streams.
NovaTec will operate within the mining division of Golder Associates’ Greater Vancouver office in Burnaby, where Novatec will enhance Golder’s existing water treatment process design capabilities.
