The Canadian Water and Wastewater Association (CWWA) is now accepting nominations for its 2012 Utility Excellence Awards.
The awards highlight the work of water and wastewater utilities in two areas: Community Outreach and Risk Taking – Implementation of Innovative Technologies. Finalists will be determined by a national peer recognition process and the awards are open to all CWWA utility members.
The deadline for submissions had been extended to October 5, 2012. All entries will be posted to the CWWA website, and members will be invited to vote for their favourite projects. Winning entries will be notified and invited to present their project and receive their award during CWWA’s annual Window on Ottawa event (November 29 – 30, 2012).
