About The Project
TO SUPPORT Halton’s growing community through 2031 and beyond, plans are underway to triple capacity at the Burloak Water Treatment Plant, from 55 million litres per day to 165 million litres per day. This major upgrade will ensure residents and businesses continue to have reliable access to clean, high quality drinking water well into the future. Design work has recently commenced and is currently in the investigative and technical review phase.
