About The Project
THE NEW facility is slated to increase capacity for the municipalities of Niverville, Taché, Hanover, Ritchot, La Broquerie and De Salaberry in the area as well as future housing development while supporting the reduction of CO2 emissions. Once complete, the facility will serve more than 30,000 people with a capacity for up to 70,000 residents. The project also includes installation of a wastewater conveyance system with approximately 90 kilometres of effluent pipeline as well as new lift and pump stations.
