About The Project
THIS MULTI-PROJECT initiative will replace the outdated wastewater treatment facility in the community of Inverness with a modernized facility that will accommodate continued residential and commercial growth. The wastewater treatment facility replacement will provide more efficient treatment.
This project will also upgrade and renew the water distribution network and sanitary
collection systems on Central Avenue and Veteran’s Memorial Court. These improvements will enhance efficiency and reliability, protect public health, ensure environmental compliance, and address ageing infrastructure so the municipality can optimize water distribution and reduce water loss.
