About The Project

THE OBJECTIVE of the Bradford Water Pollution Control Plant upgrades project is to address the plant’s operational requirements. This will ensure that there is adequate wastewater treatment capacity to service growth to 2031.

The project consists of three phases. Phase 1 is to ensure the plant is in a good state of repair, evaluate process optimization and validate upgrades. Phase 2 will include design and construction for plant tertiary treatment systems, and Phase 3 will include design and construction for projects recommended by the plant process optimization and state of good repair analyses.
