LOGISTEC has appointed Nathalie Viens as the new President of its Water and Environment Division. Viens brings extensive expertise in leading global operations across diverse sectors, including engineering, construction, infrastructure, and asset management. Her leadership track record highlights a strong focus on operational transformation and strategic execution.
Viens’ career spans senior roles at companies such as CBRE Investment Management, where she was Managing Director and Head of Private Infrastructure Asset Management. She also served as an operating partner at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), contributing to asset management strategies and operational improvements for a global portfolio. Her experience includes leadership positions at Veolia Canada, AtkinsRéalis, and Accenture.
LOGISTEC President and CEO Sean Pierce praised Viens, stating, “Nathalie’s deep experience in operational excellence and strategic vision make her an ideal leader for our Water & Environment division. In addition to her corporate roles, Viens has served on several boards, including organizations focused on fiber-optic infrastructure, transportation, energy transmission, and public-private partnerships. Her board memberships have included entities such as WanRack, Energir, and Plenary Americas.
Viens holds an engineering degree and a master’s degree in chemical engineering. She is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec and is certified as a director (C.Dir) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
