We were back to Toronto Metropolitan University on November 21 and brought together a dynamic mix of students, early-career professionals, and sector leaders to spark dialogue on building impactful careers in water.

Participants gained practical knowledge, career guidance, and firsthand exposure to the diverse opportunities shaping the future of water in Canada.

For organizations eager to nurture and attract the next generation of talent, this event served as a meaningful starting point—where connections were made, inspiration took hold, and a shared sense of purpose grew stronger.

The energy and engagement throughout the day reflected a bright path forward for the sector, powered by new voices ready to make a difference.
