Dear Conference Organizer,
We, Rastad Nigeria Enterprises, specializing in water and wastewater treatment solutions, express our interest in attending the upcoming National Water and Wastewater Conference scheduled from November 6th to 9th, 2024, in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
As a company based in Nigeria, we encounter challenges with international banking transactions due to bureaucratic processes associated with wire transfers and card transactions. Therefore, we seek clarification on the possibility of on-site payment for conference attendance.
We plan to send three technical staff members to participate in the conference. However, the current constraint we face is the limitation to pay solely at the conference venue.
